The Grove is a Membership Club for families, built for kids, designed for adults. With high-end amenities, programming, and a cafe with the best of the best from Charlotte purveyors, we bring an upscale hospitality experience to parenting lifestyle. We cater to families expecting (plenty of newborn education) and have play spaces and programming that cater to kids up to ages 7 or 8.

Membership requires a one-time joining fee and monthly dues dependent on the tier and size of the family. 

EXPECTANT MEMBERSHIP For those who are expecting or hoping to - Enjoy the cafe, programming (including prenatal and newborn education), and events while preparing. Discounted one-time joining fee. Membership to transition to standard Family Membership with new arrivals. 

        Joining Fee: $3,500 (One-time only) 

        Monthly Dues: $0 until a little one arrives, then standard family membership applies 

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP Standard Membership, Members will receive full access to all club privileges. 

        Joining Fee: $3,950 (One-time only) 

        Monthly Dues: $250 family of 3, $275 family of 4, $300 family of 5+ 

THE LAST LAP MEMBERSHIP Annual Membership, for more mature families who may only need The Grove for a short while. 

        Joining Fee: $2,750 / Each Year After $1,750 

        Monthly Dues: $250 family of 3, $275 family of 4, $300 family of 5+ 

CAFE & STUDIO MEMBERSHIP For individuals not interested in family or child programming, we are excited to offer a tier of Membership with access to our Cafe & Studio. This includes a diverse schedule of movement classes (yoga, pilates, reformers (!!), fusion, circuit to name a few), plus Grove preferred physical trainers can host private training outside of Grove operating hours. With access to the cafe, grab-and-go or dine-in. 

        Joining Fee: $750 Individual membership (annual one-time fee) 

        Monthly Dues: None

All members will use The Grove app to book classes, and order food and will be billed monthly via a house account.

Groovin' through Camp Grove digs into nature-based activities exploring art, sensory, guided play, music, water play, and much more. Don't worry we aren't afraid to get a little messy;)

Camp Grove is open to all kiddos from 12 months to 6 years old (Don't worry, as usual we have diapers and changing stations on site).

Camp is hosted weekly starting Mid-June and continues through August. You heard that right, our camps go right up until the start of preschool, you're welcome.

A Day in the Life at Camp Grove:

8:45-9:00: Drop off Made Easy at the Kiosk
Coffee available for parents on the go, but you are more than welcome to come down the the Cafe to grab breakfast or stick around for a bit

9:00-9:20: Morning Snack

In addition to these regular hours, we also host Mini-Camps from 9am - 1pm on Holidays where schools are likely closed. 

**Open late for specific programs and events. A Member Favorite - Sunday Fundays, bi-weekly drop off event from 3pm -6pm (these sell out quick!)

While we are not a daycare, we do offer a wide range of drop-off programming and encourage adults to enjoy the cafe and adult programming while children are engaged. Our play spaces are always staffed with Grove Counselors, engaging crafts and activities, and our processes are built to encourage independence.  

Should a Member need last-minute child care for the day we are eager to help, we just ask for 24 hours in advance to arrange. 

Out of respect for our Members, we only offer tours to those sincerely interested in Membership. These are available during the application process.  Reach out and we hope to show what we're all about. 

We know we don't do a ton on social, and yes, that's on purpose! We adhere to a no social footprint policy. Though Members are welcome to take their own photos, we kindly ask for no posting or tagging of interior spaces / Members. We do love to promote our partners and some of the exciting features we bring to our Members. 

All Memberships are a minimum 1 year commitment, Members will be alerted 30 days before renewal opportunity and The Grove reserves the right to not renew memberships as we see fit. Memberships can be frozen once during membership, for a maximum of 3 months. Members must be up to date with billing before initiating a freeze.

Grove-Led Classes
All programs hosted by our team are free and included in your Membership.
 Examples include:
- Sensory Play Saturdays (Saturday Splash in the Summertime)
- Sunday Bounce House
- Crafts, Storytimes, and more

Drop-In Play
In addition to our robust monthly calendar of events, Members are welcome to:
- Stop by anytime for open play
- Meet up with fellow Grove families for playdates, lunch or dinner gatherings, and spontaneous fun

Full Service Cafe
Our cafe offers seasonal and fresh offerings from our partners Restaurant Constance, Wheatberry Bakeshop, Renaissance Patisserie, Green Brothers Smoothies, Enderly Coffee, and MORE! no tipping either ;) We are a hands-free ordering/pickup operation. Plus, we are fully liquor licensed for those evening gatherings.
